GCI internet as a whole is a joke. $140 a month for internet but you never know when it’s going to work. Then when you try and call them for help and you get a call center in another country. They are very hard to understand and they are not very helpful resolving any of your issues. We are having a widespread outage in my building and the earliest they can send someone is in 3 days. If you can, go with another internet company. The people at the store however, are very easy to work with and will help you as much as they can... read more
