Lousy company to get any service with always hidden fees and I dropped off my router now there trying to charge me saying I didnt!
Most garbage internet provider out there. Time for us all to switch to Starlink. My company relies on internet to make money and they’re constantly going down with ZERO explanation or reimbursement for lost revenue. Most unreliable unprofessional company ever I highly recommend using any other ISP then them unless you enjoy constantly having your Internet down. Absolutely worse cell phone service and customer service on the planet! I've been without service due to an outage in Anchorage for over 2 day, when you call there is a pre-recorded message by some foreigner with such a strong accent that i can't understand it. They can't tell us why there is an outage or when it will be fixed, I'm done with this company.
