My husband and I went to GCI a few days ago to add an additional line onto our plan. The store was clean, and had a relatively short line. Customer service was amazing. The gentleman that was helping us offered to walk our items we purchased out to us in our car so we didn’t have to wait inside the store. That went above and beyond thank you GCI!!!
Baxter service. Slow and was not right.
Lie about how good internet is. Now you can't even talk to anyone with GCI phones. Nightmare!
I am in Alaska and GCI hires sub contractors from Texas to come up here to perform work all summer long. They don't speak English and they have no idea what they are doing. The company was running new coax cable on the building where my business is at and decided that they were going to cut the cable that runs my business internet. There was no reason to cut the cable, but they did anyway.
