I will never use this company again in my lifetime. I’ll never recommend them either. I tried to cancel this account and it was so hard to cancel my account because I haven’t used it for a long time and the girls were laughing over the phone and keep offering me deals to stay longer with fcu and I keep saying don’t offer me anything. just please close my account after they told me I was all good. Months later I still got charged not happy with GCI. I’ll never again use them.
Awful customer service
Absolutely terrible service. I’ve been without internet for four out of the last seven days, and every time I call for an update, no one can provide any clear information about when it will be restored. Customer support is extremely difficult to communicate with, and I’m constantly routed overseas with no real answers. After four days offline, this is beyond unacceptable. Worst internet provider in Anchorage. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
