Worst customer service of any cell service company. Would not recommend if you don't live in the bush
Online store hours show it closing at 7:00, employees just standing around inside with a sign on the door that says closed at 6:00
The people are excellent. What would be helpful is sending customers a text to confirm their appointment for day/date/time when someone is coming out. Then calling or texting 30 minutes out. Hair salons and doctors can confirm appointments. A communications company should be able to do this as well.
