Most garbage internet provider out there. Time for us all to switch to Starlink. My company relies on internet to make money and they’re constantly going down with ZERO explanation or reimbursement for lost revenue. Cant even get ahold of a supervisor or anyone who knows what they’re talking about for that matter. I had to go to the GCI store today because their website wouldn't acknowledge the payment I had just made. When I walked in and asked for help I was very rudely told that I HAD TO USE THERE CHECK-IN COMPUTER .... Which failed me as soon as I pushed the 'make a payment ' button .... it told me to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS before it would proceed!
