I give this Residential company 1 stars only because of the management team on site at Legacy Ballantyne Apartments. They do the best they can with the limitation that they must do business under. At GCI Residential you are only a number to be entered into a computer that will determine your revenue potential. Renter beware. Sign the rental agreement with the understanding that you are only revenue. All of our apartment homes are individually priced to include interior unit features and/or location premiums as well as lease terms, so these factor into the price. We regret that you are displeased with this and understand your frustration about rising costs.
I moved into xxxxx apartments back in November 2016. Prior to me moving in the website displayed amenities that were not available. They advise you that they have Sound attenuation which is false we can hear everything in our apartment. Such as construction, our neighbors baby crying, our neighbors conversations (invasion of privacy), kids bouncing their basketballs etc. They also advertise that they offer 5 setting massage shower heads which is also false. THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE RESIDENTIAL COMPANY IN THE COUNTRY ! THEY HAVE SHOW ZERO CARES FOR THE HAPPINESS OF THEIR RESIDENTS WHAT SO EVER AFTER YOU HAVE SIGNED ON THE DOTTED LINE !
