This agent, Marie Houlihan, is SUPER!!! I have had insurance for my businesses with 7 companies over a span of 40 years. They all have you fill out a detailed application. I think most agents just forward your data as is to the insuer. Marie called me a week after I sent in her application. She uncovered that one of my $100,000 properties was technically not insured as it had the wrong business name on it for insurance purposes. We got it corrected. Whew! That could have been BAD.
