My review is for the receptionist she was unprofessional and made me not want my children to be seen at this clinic. She had a nasty jokingly attitude when I brought up my concern for hand, foot, and mouth disease regarding my two little ones. Just because you guys are nasty here and it’s normal to you as common as a cold doesn’t mean everyone is familiar with it. I didn’t appreciate her nasty attitude. ARNP Sabra Miller literally saved my life. When I consulted her about my G.I. issues, she actually used initiative by referring me to a specialist (instead of telling me to take fiber pills, like her predecessor told me to do). This led to the discovery of my kidney cancer, which was caught early enough to not need chemotherapy. I am forever indebted to her!
I can’t say enough great things about the GCH Clinics in Panora and Stuart! Even though the walk-in was closed, Michelle was able to get my daughter in at the Stuart location. Her regular pediatrician doesn’t work Fridays, but they still made it happen with another provider. The clinic was incredibly busy, but the customer service was outstanding. Tina Nourse and Steph Reinhart went above and beyond to make sure my 4-month-old was seen before the weekend. So grateful for their care and compassion!
Great office staff, excellent therapist, wonderful location, highly recommended
