Extremely poor customer services, profits are more important than making sure they supply a product that meet basic standards.
Awful customer service, do not pay with Wise if you’re overseas and on their site. I paid with Wise and then was told that the item I wanted wasn’t in stock. Now they’re refusing to send the money back to my personal Wise account and they only want to send it back to the third party Wise Bank account it was sent from (middle man with no trace to me), claiming that it’s for “fraud protection”.
