I needed to order turbo-charger for my BMW X5, and, unfortunately, was unable to find it anywhere in Australia. My Sydney-based mechanic promised they would supply same from Germany within 2-4 weeks, however, after 7 weeks, they only advised me it would take another 3-4 weeks for it to arrive. I then contacted GCG, whose helpful staff member promptly provided a quote, adding that they would have this part within 10-ish days. Very helpful, quick and easy to deal with
I recently had a turbo charger reconditioned at GCG for my VW Caddy. I almost bought one with the wrong fitment but they guided me through the process and made sure I didn't waste my money. Instead they revamped my existing turbo with all new parts. I explained that I was in favour of buying a different one so it would be quicker to change over as I needed my car to potentially travel to work over 2 hours away.
