Good place to get loaded
So loud at night.
The constant noise or "hum" coming from this plant is horrible and has gotten much worse this past year. If you live on the west side of Rapid City, it's a nightmare, even at night with the windows closed. The city really needs to do something about this noise pollution. I'm moving away because of it.
