GCB's HR is tumultuous, in a way I think they are purposely disorganized so requesting information or guidance is very hard to get so you are left on your own to make decisions. Avoid this company, this is an Indian based company with a USA HQ in Virginia. If anyone has received a Indian scam call pretending to work for x,y,z and have a Hindi accent, and say there name is Eric Smith? GCB HR uses their real name but the whole scamming part is normalized here. If this message ever gets to GCB's CEO I would love to speak with you on employee relations doing PSAP testing. Anyone trying to get a job here, DON'T!!!!
I am currently filing a suit against them, for not paying nearly 860 overtime hours. I resigned after not being paid on time on several occasions and then there was deductions to my pay of extra charges they uncured due to their request for me to drop a rental at another location other than it's point of origin.
