Awful service. We were quoted one price to remove the leaves from our pool, he called us back a couple of hours later to increase price 3 times higher then the first quote and told us he was giving a full « pool opening package » even though our pool was already open. He Insured us that he would add products to get the pool clean so we agreed. He removed less then half of the leaves and left my pool dirtier and more green then before he came. Overcharged, bad job, rotten inappropriate material, no name brand, rusted pipes is what I had to deal with. I was cheated. I don't recommend this person and his business for anything. Clement the owner installed a double shelter 20ft wide X 12 foot long for the front of my house and elevator customized a window in it that the plastic was not meant for winter and the plastic cracked ripped open the front panel of my shelter and off the rings of the panel, he will not come to fix it and keeps charging for the same thing that ... read more
Great company, they have been doing my pool for years now. Never any issues, always punctual and courteous! Highly recommend!
Stay far away from this company- they called to book an appointment to open my pool in March - being a new company I gave them a chance - to then never show up to my scheduled appointment. Due to the lack of staff I gave them several chances and rescheduled 5-6 times to then receive a call today that they will never come to open my pool - extremely unprofessional- STAY AWAY!!!
We needed a lot of work done on our pool last year and contacted several companies in the area for help. Piscines GCB were the only ones who didn’t say “impossible” and fixed the problem. Would recommend them to anyone.
