Ill never go back to Grifols again! ESPECIALLY the Moreno Valley location. They clearly need better Phlebotomist at the location. 4 donations in a row I had to have the needle adjusted. The visit today i sat down. And the lady decided she was going to use a vein that is clearly barely visible. Sure enough she doesn't even aim....misses my vein completely.
