These guys were a complete disappointment. I scheduled a chimney inspection, but they spent more time upselling than inspecting. The creosote removal they performed was minimal at best, and there was still residue after they left. They recommended thousands in chimney repair without providing a detailed explanation or photo evidence. They gave me no chimney maintenance plan whatsoever. The whole experience felt like a money grab. I won’t be calling them back.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!! Be very careful with this contractor, simply put he is a thief. We hired him to repair the roof, gutters, replace vinyl siding, steps and brick work on the front of the house as well as install pavers in the front and back yard. It was a complete disaster, he never finished a single thing, bricks that he installed were not in straight line, looked like he hired day laborers to do the work, siding was not finished and it actually popped out in one part of the building.
