The manager does not answer the phone and doesn't return your call for days!! Ant doesn't follow up at all!
At Anchor View apartments in st.Paul they gave up cleaning all together, it's filthy and smells. The manager keeps telling they're looking for a cleaner, I say BS! the very moment they changed from Capreit they turned a very nice new building into a S#!THOLE!
