We just switched to G&C from another service. Very happy so far! They responded quickly to my issues, were very professional and explained things thoroughly. Koby and TJ serviced our plumbing needs and Ashley addressed our HVAC system. Would recommend them. They were recommended to me by my daughter.
Casey was great to work with. He came very quickly and on time to fix our hot water problem. I was very impressed with how he diagnosed the issue, answered all of my questions, and made recommendations for next steps. I was thoroughly impressed and 100% recommend. Finally, I wanted to stress how courteous he was and how conscientious he was in treating my house. (always putting on booties to keep the floors clean, gently opening and closing doors, etc.)
Excellent service, willing to educate the customer on what is needed to keep your system to great shape.
Took time to go over multiple options. Gave very good recommendations. A pleasure to work with.
