Shawn & Mark did an awesome job replacing the old drain pipe in my house. Shawn has been here multiple times for a bunch of work and he's always been absolutely fantastic. G&C have done great, timely, reliable work for me on several occasions over the years, everything from emergency issues to bigger projects and I can't say enough good things.
Recently had an issue with a faulty shower cartridge, and G&C was fantastic in resolving it. Their technician arrived ahead of time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. They replaced the cartridge efficiently, ensuring everything worked perfectly before leaving. They took the time to explain the issue and the how they planned on resolving it. I highly recommend G&C for their excellent service and expertise!
Both the technicians who came were very professional and experienced. We were not sure about the initial quote, they gave us time to get more quotes. Also our initial installation of water heater was not properly done which is now corrected by G&C.
Chris and Max did a great job in resolving my clogged kitchen sink problem. Chris explained every step he was taking and was right on target with the end solution. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.
When the basement water ejector pump failed, we called G&C. Shawn came by and determined that not only the pump but also the basin needed replacement . Within a week Cooper and his assistant arrived with the new pump, broke up the concrete, and installed both basin and pump. It was hard work, but they accomplished it the same day, and left no mess behind.
