They are really good people working there.. Please go!
If I could give it 0 stars I would. There’s something to be said about a place you go into and it’s empty each time. The owner or manager is very rude. The first time I went I was actually able to get my nails done, and tip well even though the results were poor. The other 3 times I’ve went in, I’m told they can’t do something or the person who does it isn’t available or “has to leave to pick up child”. It’s frustrating considering the person who told me this, once did dip powder on my nails. Needless to say, I won’t be back
This place is the actual worst. My sister and I purchased a Groupon for a gel manicure and spa pedicure. A week before I made an appointment for Sunday at 11; when we showed up they were first opening and seemed confused as if we hadn't made an appointment. They took us to go get the pedicures at which time the "tech" working on my sister was incredibly confused and kept asking the woman who was doing my nails what she should do next.
