Went in to the place of business today, looking to BUY equipment. Couldn't get any help, the staff wouldn't even acknowledge me, even going so far to text their buddy's while I am trying to speak to them. I am flabbergasted by the arrogance of the employees in this store, I guess customer service is not in vogue... I will not be spending the 2K I had today to spend at this joke of an establishment... or any other guitar center as they don't want your business. Helpful, but you gotta ask. Only 3 guitar shops around so...
Came back to buy a pedal that we saw yesterday when we bought 2 other pedals. John is a very astute young man and is very attentive to the needs of customers, so we asked for him today after we were pleased by his knowledge and helpfullness yesterday. We will be back! The store is well stocked and has much to offer musicians!
