I took it in a couple of amps for them to look at to sell. Rhey were fair and did their research. I left their very satisfied with their offering. I would highly recommend.
This store used to be great, but it has been going downhill recently. Employees don't address customers in the order they're waiting. They also started closing an hour earlier every day and they haven't had a guitar tech on staff in about 4 months. I walked in today and stood in line for over 10 minutes just to be told they couldn't help me. Was refused service because I didn’t want to provide my personal information. First, the cashier did something on his personal phone then tried to get me to tap my card on it to complete the transaction. That isn’t an option with my debit card so the cashier then proceeded to ring up the transaction on the register. After asking for my number multiple times to access “my account” I was told I would not be able to complete this transaction without providing my personal phone number.
