I order every one of my ihi parts from gciron. I had a little glitch in my account and the customer service was very good. I had a problem with my excavator and needed a part shipped as fast as possible and they split my shipment up to get the one part to me no charge! The diagrams they have on the site make ordering super easy and I refer to them constantly when working on my equipment. Thank you

I was trying to find replacement parts for an older model JLG lift and couldn't decide what parts would work with it. I called GC Iron and worked with Frank. He got my serial number and was able to locate the correct parts that would work with my particular model. He took the time to label some of my other equipment in their system, email me a copy for my records to make future orders easier, and even price matched a competitor!!!
