We built our home with GC Homes during the pandemic. We are delighted with our experience. Both Eric and Skylr are great listeners and they really took the time to understand our needs. We never felt any pressure to sign a contract with them. They manage the construction process very well and have great vendors. We started the construction process with them in April 2021 and the first time they asked for money was in Nov. 2021. That saves a lot of interest on the construction loan. We started the process of building in September 2017! It started with a dream of mine and my husbands and after nearly a year of me designing the house and us saving, Skylyr and Eric we’re still patiently waiting! In July 2018 we broke ground with GC Homes. It was by far the best decision we’ve ever made. They made our fantasy turn into a reality in a short 6 months and gave us the house that exceeded our expectations! We were basically family.
