I have know Dr Bou-Samra for over 10 years and he has treated my Heart failure and AF over that period and recently replaced my pacemaker (end battery life). I have found John to be the mist o professional and dedicated health professional i have encountered over my 70 years and 45 of those with serious health conditions. If you have any heart problems or concerns then I would strongly recommend Dr Bou-Samra and his team....10/10. Thank you John
Very disappointing clinical performance and rude and disrespectful to an elderly patient. We gave him three opportunities to make it right without result so we’ve moved on . Quite honestly I was shocked by his incompetence and attitude I expected more. It’s with regret that I leave this unfavourable review as I attended the appointment with a relative recently .
