You know it's so terribly difficult getting in to see gastro doctors anymore. With the added stress of getting prior authorizations from insurances, then trying to set up an appointment which is months away only for the consultation and the anxiety that comes with the whole procedure and outcomes... Then we also have to deal with RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL office personnel too? Here's the thing of it... If the office staff (the ones who take calls to set up appts) are rude, then one has to wonder if the doctor accepts this behavior... read more
Dr Mohsen and his team were incredible. So considerate, professional and caring and did a great job with the whole process. Definitely recommend seeing him and the team. 10/10
