If you're in a rush or short on hours don't come here got here at 8 am for a 9 am appt didn't get a door until 10 am and it's now 1045 am and they haven't even touched my trailer oh and I only have 6 pallets Edit its now 11 am still haven't touched my trailer Update had a 10 am appt this time was called to a door at 6am was finished unloading and bills in my hand by 8 am a night and day difference from the last time I was there Update finally got my bills at 1230 for a total of 4½hours on property
I got here the day before for a 4am appointment. The guards were friendly and checked me in. They directed me to overnight parking. I got a call to a door at 2:45 am. They started unloading me within 30 mins of being in the door. I got a text to pay the lumper when they finished. Paid it, went in for paperwork. From the time I hit the door till paperwork in hand was less than 2 hrs Clean bathrooms are available as well as overnight parking. I wish all shippers and receivers were this good. Good job yall, I appreciate you
