Absolutely useless. Don’t waste your time. All 5 star reviews are done by bots
I initially tried to call to set up a pickup time for my car, but they only responded via text. My scheduled pickup was for 9:30 AM, and after waiting over an hour with no updates, I had to call them to get an ETA. They told me they’d be at least another 20 minutes. After reading other reviews about them offering lower prices than originally quoted, I’m glad I chose a different wrecker. Poor communication and unreliable service—wouldn’t recommend.
DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES! Most of their reviews are bots or friends, they will quote a price then attempt get it cheaper after making a deal. Very dishonest and dodgy, deliberately tried to put oil inside water overflow right in front of us then deny it! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!
Do not trust . Quoted a price and when they came to pick car up offered 100 less. Checked car over and said oh there is oil in the wiper washer reserve ( which came off his finger when he actually checked the oil). Look at the reviews and names.. very dodgy???? and dont reply when questioned.
