I booked an appointment for 10:30 a.m. and arrived on time, only to find the shop completely closed. There was no notice on the door, no phone call, and no message letting me know there would be a delay or cancellation. My time was completely wasted, and it’s frustrating to book an appointment with a business that doesn’t honor its own schedule. Reliability and communication are basic expectations, and unfortunately this experience fell well short of both.
I’ve got tons of haircut in my life but Elijah’s work hits different…totally recommend!
