Very poor experience with GC. Replaced a brake booster and left a vacuum line completely off. Truck ran terrible and brakes didn't work. Vehicle was returned to me in this condition. Would NEVER USE AGAIN.
Great owner, good service and fair price.
During a family trip to Parker, my car's engine light turned on as I entered the town. I was advised to visit GC Automotive Services and was informed that Gabriel is trustworthy. I was able to get an appointment on the same day and they conducted a diagnostic test which revealed a faulty engine component. Fortunately, the part was replaceable and the cost was reasonable. Moreover, they waived the diagnosis fee since I opted to have the repair done on the spot. Thank you, Gabriel for all you do and for your kindness!
My SUV broke down sixty miles from Parker, so I got it towed to GC Automotive Services. We arrived Friday late afternoon, but Gabriel stayed late and kindly looked at the SUV, always giving us updates as he was working on it. Unfortunately, the engine got busted! Gabriel was super nice to us and explained in great detail what happened to the engine -- car had an oil leak and the sensor didn't detect it, thus engine broke down. Anyway, Gabriel is the best!
Great team!! The first I’ve encountered that is extremely thorough, kind and genuine. The mechanics actually listen to the customer!! Best in Parker!
