my Daughter didn't want to bother me so brought her 06 Impala to these hooples. The initial repair seemed fair, but incomplete. Left my daughter, and her, my grandkids , super difficult steering. For me, it was an easy fix, but they left my family at risk. It has been 20,000 miles and I can finally post this review. Patricio (Patrick) and his crew have done an incredible job. About more than a year I brought in my 2010 F150 XLT 5.4 crew cap for a complete timing chain project. Patricio said he will take on the project but only if I use OEM parts (which I always do anyways) the project was completed in two days and labor cost as 1200.
