G and C Auto Body's customer service & car expertise are top-notch! They know what customers want- fast service, detailed & thorough job, communication every step of the way so customer knows what's going on, clean office & bathroom, ample parking...and their coffee and/or tea is self-serve! Ben and his team were amazing. I was rear ended and couldn't find a shop to get me in for repairs immediately, but G&C fit me in. They communicated with my insurance so I didn't have to, gave me multiple updates daily, and even had my rental shuttle ready when I dropped my car off. Some of the other shops asked to do a estimate first, or take pictures and send them. Others were a few days scheduled out. G&C on Pell Rd got me in same day and I got it back in 48 hours, and looks brand new - easy pick.
