I recently visited G&C Auto Body and I had a great experience. kat, the service advisor, was professional, courteous, and very helpful in answering all of my questions. She made the process easy and efficient and was able to get me back on the road quickly. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend G&C Auto Body & Collision.
G and C Auto Body's customer service & car expertise are top-notch! They know what customers want- fast service, detailed & thorough job, communication every step of the way so customer knows what's going on, clean office & bathroom, ample parking...and their coffee and/or tea is self-serve! Ben and his team were amazing. I was rear ended and couldn't find a shop to get me in for repairs immediately, but G&C fit me in. They communicated with my insurance so I didn't have to, gave me multiple updates daily, and even had my rental shuttle ready when I dropped my car off. Some of the other shops asked to do a estimate first, or take pictures and send them. Others were a few days scheduled out. G&C on Pell Rd got me in same day and I got it back in 48 hours, and looks brand new - easy pick.
