Took my car in last week to get an estimate and worked with me on when to bring it in for repairs. Day I took it in they helped call my rental company and got them to come pick me up. Through out the repair service I got updates within reasonable time about when it would be done. And to my surprise it was fixed within 48 hours instead of the usual 2 weeks like I've had before at other shops. They did an amazing job fixing and what looked like washing my car as well for extra. Flawless experience!!! Staff was great, especially Israel. Everything done as it should have been. They went above and beyond to make me happy. All I had to pay out of pocket was my $500 deductible. Looks as good as new.
I was dealing with Ralph and his team ! They all kept me up to date with any updates to my car or the estimate to the parts being ordered! They did a great job with my car as far as I know since im not a mechanic ☺️ they were recommended by allstate but I would go back to them with all my car repairs! Thank you G&C auto!
