The staff was nice, friendly, very accommodating. Tyler’s customer service was excellent.
Someone hit my parked car on a Monday after 5pm. I opened a claim that night and my insurance recommended G&C as one of their preferred vendors. After my research, I chose G&C and set an appt with them on Tues. After they assessed the work and parts needed, they scheduled the repair the following Tuesday a.m. and it was ready the next afternoon! Horrible customer service. They did not even respond to me after they said they would have fixed my car. I had to contact them after a month. Everything was pre-approved by insurance, and still no repairs were made to my car.
I have been in multiple times for the same issue. Receptionist is telling me one thing on how my car will be fixed and then they do something else. Communication isn't going great within that shop. I cannot keep taking time off from my brand new job to keep taking it in for it not to get fixed the right way. Skyler was the first person I dealt with when they got my claim through my insurance.
