Terrible experience - total SCAM. I ordered a rig and silk back in May for my daughter’s birthday. We waited the required leas time, however never revived it. After attempting to contact them multiple times through phone calls, instagram, facebook, email etc.. nothing. No communication from them at all. I lodged a complaint with our bank which was initially declined, as whilst Gold Coast Aerials won’t contact their customers, they have no problem communicating with their bank. SCAM ALERT! I've ordered an apex rig from GC Aerial in February 2025, paid $4400, and haven't received the product after 4 months. Their website states 4-8 weeks, not the 16 weeks I waited so far. I've contacted them repeatedly via various channels, got sporadic very evasive replies, nothing happened. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I'm going to open a case through PayPal now in an attempt to at least get my money back. Very disappointing!
