The quality of the work is genuinely concerning. Within two weeks of "completion," the first major rainstorm hit, and guess what? I had a leak dripping into my master bedroom ceiling. It looked like they just slapped the shingles on. When they finally sent a guy out (two days later, after the leak had caused water damage), he acted annoyed and just smeared some sealant on it. The temporary fix looks terrible, and I have zero confidence it will hold up.

Don’t hire GTB Rain Gutters the final bill was magically 20% higher than the original quote. They tacked on vague charges for "unforeseen wood remediation" that they never discussed or documented. When I pushed back, their billing department was instantly aggressive. I paid it just to be done with them, but I fully expect to pay another, more competent company to fix their mess soon. Save your money and your sanity—hire literally anyone else I hired titan roofing afterwards and they helped me so maybe them.

I paid top dollar for "seamless, high-capacity" gutters, and within the first major downpour, my side yard was a swimming pool. The pitch was completely wrong—they installed them flat, so the water just sat there and overflowed right onto my foundation, causing splash-back damage to my siding. What's worse, the downspout exit was placed incorrectly, backing up the whole line. The whole purpose of a gutter is to direct water away from the house, and GBT managed to do the exact opposite. The material they used is thin and flimsy. Already, less than six months later, sections are pulling away from the fascia, leaving ugly gaps. I found screws and shards of aluminum scattered across my flower beds after they left, showing their total disregard for cleanup. It's a cheap, rushed job that looks like it was done by someone using a YouTube tutorial from 2005.

I recently had GBT fabricate a counter top for my overland trailer. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with their work. It came out beautiful. The front office staff was over the top nice and accommodating to my rather unusual request. Everyone there was extremely nice and professional. The counter came out better than I expected considering what I asked them to do. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.
