Honest, thorough and friendly.
I had a head gasket blow on my Ford econovan that I recently purchesed to go travelling in. I brought this to Graham and he also replaced the radiator that was broke and made nessacerry changes to other parts. He was very polite, honest and was very generous with the charges for labour as a kind gesture. He also had time to show me what to watch out for in the future with the vehicle on terms of maintenance.
