I've come here multiple times to get waxed, and never had any issues. However, I made an appointment for a wax on my lunch break at 12:30. I got there on time, and there were two people walking into the store in front of me. The employee took the first person that walked in, and me and the other customer sat in the waiting area. The first person was done at 12:45, and the employee then called the second person that walked in. Energy is really important to me as a consumer, and the vibe at this place just felt off. I went in for a quick upper lip threading—it took only two minutes, but the whole time, I just wanted it to be over.

This is my favorite place for my eyebrows, I LOVE TASSY, she’s there Wednesday /Sundays,unfortunately last 2 thursdays I’ve gone she wasn’t there, I traveled from far . I tried the lady that was covering for TASSY and she completely mest up my eyebrows, super super upset and disappointed!, she shouldnt be doing eyebrows if she doesn’t know how too, ontop of that she charged me way more , and thought I was going to leave a tip smh
