This the way the left my AC units after multiple times requesting to come back. 2 years now, no contractor wants to touch this mess. Even offered to pay them extra after I paid them in full. Never returned calls.
GBS is reliable and as important actual technicians, they diagnose things , invest themselves in the problems and solve them, they are not just parts changers guessing their way through. True professionals.
Our a/c failed. I called the biggest HVAC contractors in the area, received bids ranging from $7,000 to $22,000. A friend suggested I call GBS. Greg immediately diagnosed the problem as a leaking dryer in the gas line. He replaced it for $590.00. He was prompt and professional. I will never call anyone else.
GBS installed new furnace and central air. I had a previously owned condenser which they installed and it did not work when I went to use my central air the first time they made no mention that it was not working. After I had a new condenser installed the system worked for several years.
