Super not pleased with sitting on hold for 35 minutes just to be disconnected because it's the end of the day. Not a great first impression. I'll be letting my referring doctor know they might want to reconsider sending patients here.

I had a home sleep study done in July, received the result at the end of the month. The results stated that I needed a CPAP machine because I had stopped breathing in my sleep. They said I had a serious issue. Now it's the beginning of September, and I still do not have this machine that was approved by my insurance in August. Now I am unable to get a hold of anyone to set up this appointment. This is unprofessional at the least. If a patient leaves a message they could at least call them back. The appointment took a little bit to happen but with staying overnight in the current state of the world no worries there. Overall though I had a great experience from the friendly technician to the comfort of the room. Doing a sleep study isn't easy given all the wires and such but I am happy I had it done at GBMC. Would recommend!
