Was referred to this group by the Owings Mills location because they were the only location that had availability for upcoming appointments for a Pre-Op. I called at 5 pm and received the automated voice message because they were closed. Called back the next day during regular business hours and they have a call center, no real person in office and the call automatically hangs up everyone you’re waiting for a representative. I’ve tried three times total during regular business hours. I’d take your business else where.

On 11/11/2025, I visited with the wrong idea of the operations of the facility. Rick at the front desk worked with Dr. Hennessee to ensure I got the care I needed. I appreciate this team; the X-Ray Tech, front desk and a doctor who listened and ordered the right tests to make sure I received the proper diagnosis. These human beings epitomize medial care. I saw Dr. Fersch for our first appointment at GBMC Health Partners at Padonia a few months ago, and now see him regularly. I was seeking an osteopathic practitioner after experiencing years of low success in treating and managing my mental health with the help of MD’s, psychologists, social workers and various other types of therapists.
