I loved my last doctor there, Dr Olaru. I will be looking for a new doctor. I had an 8:00 appt and got there at 8:05. I had done all paperwork online before the appointment. The receptionist said let me go and see if she will still see me since I was late. She came back 5 minutes later and said the nurse could not see me. Meanwhile I always sit there and wait for my appointments at least 20 minutes. Terrible service.
I have dealt with some great providers there. The issues I have had is with the support staff. They require up to 72 hours for a response on all communication including medication refills. You can of course call the office or message someone in a more direct way. If you manage to get a hold of someone before the 72 hours it’s very common for the support staff to reply to you in anyway to a frustrated tone like “how dare you! Made me miss my mammogram because they would not answer the phone to send over the referral! I was 40 mins early to my mammogram! It was my day off and now I have to use PTO to reschedule. Complete waste of time and disregard for my time. Terrible customer service
One of the worst places I have ever visited so far. I used to have a primary care physician who left the practice and I was never told that I should find a new practitioner or was transferred to a new one. I had to follow up and ask for it and then I was told that my primary care physician left the practice and I was given an appointment after 4 months to meet a new one.
