At Hunt Valley office. The medical care is fine. BUT… Playing loud music in an ENT waiting room really makes no sense. I suffer tinnitus and it hurt my ears the whole time ringing. Other people come here with various similar issues. Turn the music off or at least turn it way down. Also, if you have play music, how about something soothing rather than rocking?
office has gone down completely within the last year. front desk is too lazy to answer phones. takes DAYS just to get ahold of front desk. incorrect medication was filled. have now paid out of pocket for the doctors mistake. been over a week trying to get my entire CORRECT refill. truly have never seen anything like this. if you have an emergency, don’t rely on them. they will simply not answer the phone or read your mychart messages and not respond. it was nice having a lab there. but it’s truly so ghetto. you’re expected t... read more
Today 2/10/2025 They want to bill me $40 for sending a message to my pcp via the app, asking if there is an earlier appointment. They sent me a message a containing “8 WORDS” that the closest appointment is next week. They BILLED ME FOR A SENTENCE. Will it be paid? Nope never… Not even close.
