Who builds a house like this? This is a pic down into the gap between the two prefab halves of the house, yes the sheathing is noy complete and the only thing keeping weather out is yhe siding without any vappr barrier. For years we couldn't figure out how wild animals and cold just seeped into our kitchen and living room. Now we know, badly built home. How was this was allowed by the building inspector?
