I have never worked with somebody as unprofessional or rude to the customer. Working on his job and listening to him bully and belittle the customer I had to walk away. He's a bold face liar and a cheat. Whatever you are planning on paying him will be more than he is worth. Save yourself the trouble and hire someone else.
