I booked online Nov. 8 for Christmas holiday (before reading these reviews). In early December I received email that my reservation was cancelled and my deposit would be refunded - but no refund yet. I will dispute the charge. DO NOT BOOK WITH GBGB.
Will never rent from this company again! What was supposed to be a 58th birthday relaxation, turned out to be the vacation from hell!!! The property was falsely advertised, the house was photo shopped completely. First the air conditioner did not work properly, it was 112 in Palm Springs and 85 in the house. The owners did not return our calls when this first happened, it was until later that they told us to grab the portable air conditioner in the closet which we did but turn the fridge off. Beautifully designed home in convenient area and neighborhood. Wonderful pool and hot tub with an amazing view of the mountains as a backdrop. 3 bedrooms, lovely back yard. Just a delight in the desert.
