Very disappointing customer service. The staff were not knowledgeable, spoke in another language while I was there, and did not clearly explain the insurance coverage or answer my questions. I requested a quote and was told to come back the next day. When I returned, I was told the person who gave me the quote wasn’t there. Someone needs to train the staff. The lady working on sunday Dec 8th at 3:40 doesnt know enough simple answers. Sorry, but it's not acceptable. You should have someone capable of answering questions if they are to run the place on their own.
