Someone needs to train the staff. The lady working on sunday Dec 8th at 3:40 doesnt know enough simple answers. Sorry, but it's not acceptable. You should have someone capable of answering questions if they are to run the place on their own.
One of the best. Staff is very polite and helpful.
Horrible customer service, they confirmed a renewal of insurance policy without our consent/signatures and continued with lies about how we called and asked for a renewal for a house we already have insurance for. Very rude customer service.
