NO STARS!!! I had to choose something, or I couldn't save and submit this review. My son had a referral sent around the first of April to the Cookeville office for ABA therapy. I quickly received the automated texts with the links to complete all the paperwork and sign consents. Then, I was ghosted; no response, no follow-ups.
