I have been a GBC Scientific customer for over 10 years and their service seems to be going downhill lately. I used to get return phone calls to answer support questions within hours, now it takes days and only after I leave several messages. When I ordered parts in the past, I always had them within a week, now everything seems to be coming from the manufacturer in Australia and it takes 3 to 4 weeks before I receive them. When I receive authorization to replace this unit next year, I will not be purchasing from GBC again.
GBC used to give great service, but now has been taking a week to return phone calls and email about support questions on the products they sell. When my machine is down, it costs my company money. Last week I order parts and ask for it overnight, I never get them. I asked for several months to get a quote on a replacement for my old Atomic Absorption Spectrometer and I do not receive a response. I guess I'll buy from someone else.
