Ordered a shirt on May, no updates, no shipping nothing, they took my money though. I don't even want the shirt anymore.
I placed an order and paid in full, but I have received no tracking information, no customer service response, and no sweatshirt. It feels unacceptable that a business can collect payment without delivering a product or providing any support. I’ve been left in the dark with zero updates or assistance. Feels a lot like Yeezy 😂 just be honest about your shipping times. I ordered this as birthday gift.
Took almost a month for 2 sweatshirts, BUT finally arrived. Akeem was super helpful & the guys who answered the phone always apologized for any inconveniences.
It’s has been almost a month since I ordered my package and have yet to receive an update on the status tried calling, emailing and reaching out on instagram and was given the cold shoulder
