This was the worst customer experience ever. I went in with 16 pages to print they only printed two of them and we’re going to charge me $13. When I told them it’s not even what I was looking for that’s not the full file instead of canceling the transaction they said there’s a five dollar minimum and made me pay. I would avoid at all cost
Will always recommend GBA printing because of their fast turn around, communication, and pricing. I’ve been staying in Louisville and knew I had to make my way to my hometown, Bardstown, to do business with because they were the best option. I submitted my design and 14 hours later that were ready to pick-up. I ordered 70 brochures for $70 + tax. Perfectly printed and even folded.
I had a complex ask. They were able to get all the specs and meet them for my business need exactly as requested in the time they quotes. Communication over email was fast and efficient. I would recommend them for any printing need.
