GB Tile was oustanding in every way. The quality of work was excellent. Gio, the owner, was onsite working every day and it was obvious how much he cares about customer satisfaction. He went out of his way to resolve some difficult issues that popped up unexpectedly. He went above and beyond in every way. Geo was great The communication was on point. He understood my situation and worked around the major overhaul in my house. He was able to problem solve and make everything I wanted reality.
Giovanni was a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly responsive, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure he fully understood what we were looking for. His attention to detail showed in the final result, which came out perfectly. He truly went above and beyond. We would highly recommend GB Tile and Construction for any tile work!
Giovanni and team did an excellent job on a full group repair of two bathrooms. One was a large stall shower and the other was a tub and surround that needed old grout removed and cleaned up and new silicon put in. They put covers down on floor from front door to bathrooms and took great care around the house. We will definitely use him again and recommend to neighbors.
