My first customer experience with GB Tech. I work for a small hospital, and my nursing staff had left me high and dry by not letting me know we needed training supplies until literally the very last minute. Rescheduling a trainer would have costs our hospital thousands. Using in-date products for training purposes would have cost around 10 thousand. I discovered the hard way that GB Tech USA seems to have no actual customer support. I realized after I hit send on my order that the shipping address on my order was wrong. I immediately sent an email to the address listed on my order confirmation as the point of contact: no answer. When I received notification that my order had shipped via UPS to the wrong address, I tried to change the address through UPS, but I was told to contact the sender. Worst company and service. Bought some disposables online for 10 days ago.They haven't shipped my goods and haven't even texted to me. After texted to them several letters just refunded my money.
