After having a couple conversations with different people in the office and how nice and professional they were, we made the switch to G&B. I filled out the paper needed on my part late Friday, they called on Monday and had our tank installed and hooked up on Tuesday. My wife said the guys who installed the tank were very thorough and respectful. The communication throughout the process has been great. Thank you!

I was out of propane on a Friday. We just had a bad winter storm with another one coming in. G&B was able to fit me in and fill me up so my kiddos would stay warm! They are wonderful and highly recommend them to everyone!
Great service on site and excellent communication skills and customer service on the phone from Kevin and the Pilot Mountain office. I called other local companies for service and Kevin was extremely prompt in returning my calls and establishing me as a new client. I would recommend them for gas fireplace service.
