It was recommended to get my 30 lb RV refilled at G&B. It was the close. I went inside and I was quoted by the front desk woman they charge for a full refill not just what is needed in the tank. I had no idea how much was needed but I sure am not going to pay for what is already in my tank. So they let my business leave. C’mon what practice is this? I drove to Tractor Supply and paid half of what G&B was going to charge me. Very disappointing for a family owned business.
Went above and beyond. Josh was very professional, personable, and a "can do" attitude. Josh came out on a Friday after calling G &B that morning about a bad water heater needing it replaced. I just so had another available. Josh brought Marty, came back after working on another job, and installed my "backup" water heater. Saved the Mother's Day weekend!
All I can say is that it is the best energy company around. Good selection of gas logs and stoves. Outstanding customer service.
