You would think businesses would want to try to keep your business, but clearly that is not a part of G&B energy's business model. If you can't do something as simple as show up on the agreed upon day to conduct your business, then I don't hold a lot of stock in your ability to do much else. And, it is probably not a great idea to call the tired and angry nightshifter a liar. 😡 Not to mention the constant and continued addition of extra undiscussed fees, I'm over it.
Horrible company. They locked the tank of 79 year old woman although there was 6 months left on tank rental and 40% gas because she refused to sign a keep fill agreement and told them she was switching to natural gas. Left 2 messages on the emergency number and no return call. Currently 30 degrees and no heat or hot water. Shame on you!!
Customer oriented service! Filled my 20# propane for $12, what a great deal! �
