Dawson, gave total quality of service in repairing my electrical problem, in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He offered plans and packaging for future services needs. One star — intentionally misleading pricing and predatory business model. I was charged a $40 “service fee” just for someone to show up — but what they don’t tell you is that this fee covers absolutely nothing beyond the drive to your house. Once the technician arrived, I was quoted $419.35 just to diagnose the issue — with no guarantee that it would be fixed.
