We are obsessed with GB Culinary. If you care about flavor, local ingredients and ethically/humanely sourced livestock and fish, they are your people. Wedding food is never good, yet every single guest said, it was the best halibut of their entire life. The meat and cheese board, the bread, the beef, everything was incredible. We worked with the GB Culinary team for a Farm Dinner last week. They were amazing to work with and their food is unique, delicious, and sooo yummy. All of our guests were thrilled and shared only extremely positive feedback about the menu items. Their team was also communicative, kind, friendly, and supportive throughout the event planning process. I would absolutely recommend working with GB Culinary!

GB Culinary did an amazing job for the HMH Architecture & Interiors holiday party. The food was outstanding and the service was the best I've ever experienced at a catered event. I definitely would hire them for our next event!
