After reading tons of awesome reviews, I reached out to GB culinary for our welcome party. At first, they were responsive and scheduled a call with me to go over my event details. GB recently catered a fundraising event for Colorado Water Trust at Planet Bluegrass in Lyons and they were amazing every step of the way. From helping us brainstorm and plan, to day-of event execution, they made the whole process feel so fun and easy. They were on top of every detail, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Plus they source as many local ingredients as possible.
